Shipping Policy

Beauty to Purity offers several shipping methods that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value and destination region.

Shipping costs are shown when registering an order at the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

● Destination region;

● Weight and/or value of the order;

● chosen shipping method;

● Choice of VAS (Value Added Services).

When choosing the shipping method, the carriers available to carry out deliveries in the shipping country will appear. Orders are shipped via the carrier that the consumer will select when choosing the shipping method.

The price list shown applies to the shipping service when choosing the shipping method, as well as the estimated delivery time. Shipping is done up to the first business day following payment for your order.

How the shipment is processed

The dispatch of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after payment validation.

When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to track delivery information.

The expected delivery time may vary according to the contracted shipping service or according to the deadline provided in the shipping method description.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If the order is held in customs, Beauty to Purity is not responsible for the additional costs to clear the order, and the consumer will have to bear these costs.

Return policy

This return policy was prepared based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

Deadline for Free Resolution and Return

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (apart from the cost of sending and returning the product(s)) and without the need to indicate the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer (with the exception of the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Thus, in the case of exercising the right of free withdrawal, any purchase made on the online store can be returned within a period of 14 days after receipt. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).

If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of Free termination of contract, he must complete and deliver any unambiguous declaration of termination of the contract. You can, by contacting the store, within the aforementioned period, request the Free Termination form or indicate by e-mail, explicitly, that you want to terminate the contract.

The contact made by e-mail must refer to the following data:

● Name of the recipient;

● Phone/mobile contact;

● Order number;

● Order date;

● Order receipt date;

● Number of products and/or services purchased.

Upon receipt of the request for free termination of the contract, an answer will be given as soon as possible, in order to expedite the return of the product(s) purchased.

Conditions for return

In order for a purchase to be eligible for return, the items purchased must be in the same condition as they were delivered, including offers and samples. It will also be necessary for all of them to be returned in the original packaging and without signs of misuse or mishandling.

Products considered perishable cannot be returned. Examples are: food, flowers, newspapers and magazines.

Products related to personal hygiene or intimacy, as well as lipsticks and makeup, will also not be accepted for return.

The return must always be made to Beauty to Purity and never to the supplier of the products and/or services, and this return will always be borne by the customer, as well as all costs associated with this return.


In order for the return process to be completed, it will be necessary to include the submission of the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.


The refund of the value of the product(s) will be total within 14 days from the date we receive and verify that the products are not damaged or have been used. The consumer will be notified by email regarding this process.

Beauty to Purity is not obligated to refund additional return costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations where there is express agreement and where the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

If you do not receive a refund within the specified time, please check your bank account again. If you still do not confirm the deposit of the amount, please also contact your bank manager. Shipping costs

Shipping fees paid initially by the consumer or if they were free, these will not be included in the refund amount of the return.
